1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

1.1.1. add item 4 with subitem 4.11 of the following content:

"4.11. implementation of state regulation of architectural, town-planning, construction activities, and also activities in the field of the industry of construction materials, products, designs, creation of conditions for development of the organizations of all patterns of ownership performing types of activity in the specified areas;";

1.1.2. in Item 5:

state subitem 5.2 in the following edition:

"5.2. approves regulations on structural divisions of the local executive and administrative organs of regional territorial level performing state powers of authority in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activities, appointment to positions and release from positions of heads of such structural divisions;";

exclude subitem 5.13;

to add subitem 5.14 after the words "in established" with the word "it";

exclude subitem 5.15;

add Item with subitems 5.211 and 5.212 of the following content:
