About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298

1. Bring in Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 16, 2004 No. 298 "Questions of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 52, 5/13979; 2006, No. 73, 5/22271; No. 127, 5/22691), following change and amendment:
1.1. state subitem 3.2 in the following edition:
"3.2. implementation of management of activities of the state organizations subordinated to Minleskhoz;";
1.2. add Item with subitem 3.21 of the following content:
"3.21. implementation of state regulation in areas of forest and hunting farms and provision of services in these areas, and also creation of conditions for development of the organizations of all patterns of ownership performing these types of economic activity;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
