1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2007 No. 681 "About some questions of trade in oil products" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 3, 1/9256) the following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Item 1:
1.1.1. state subitem 1.1 in the following edition:
"1.1. realization of the oil products made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus according to the list determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (further - oil products), to Belarusian Oil Company private company (further - the Belarusian oil company), to the republican unitary enterprise "Belorusneft production association (further - RUP "ON Belorusneft) for their delivery in full out of limits of the Republic of Belarus, except export on the territory of state members of the Customs union, it is performed by legal entities (further-the seller) at the free prices established including in foreign currency in purchase and sale agreements (delivery) (further-the purchase and sale agreement);";
1.1.2. in subitem 1.2:
state part one in the following edition:
"1.2. for the seller turnovers on realization of oil products of the Belarusian oil company, RUP "ON Belorusneft according to subitem 1.1 of this Item are not assessed with the value added tax.";
to exclude from part two of the word "from revenue", "on intellectual property items";
third to state part in the following edition:
"For application of this deduction the seller represents to tax authority:
the copy of the purchase and sale agreement of oil products signed with the Belarusian oil company, RUP "ON Belorusneft confirmatory that oil products are intended for delivery in full out of limits of the Republic of Belarus, except export on the territory of state members of the Customs union;
