About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus

1.2. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 26, 2006 No. 64 "About approval of Rules of notarial clerical work" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 190, 8/15301):
1.2.1." (further - Rules)" to exclude from Item 1 of the word;
1.2.2. in Item 2 the word "Governed" shall be replaced with words "The rule of notarial clerical work approved by this resolution";
1.2.3. in the Rules of notarial clerical work approved by this resolution:
1.2.3.1. in Item 1 of the word "Rules of Notarial Clerical Work (Further — Rules)" shall be replaced with words "These rules";
1.2.3.2. from paragraph two of item 4 of the word "The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2005 No. 220 "About some measures for simplification of procedure for making of notarial actions" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 74, 1/6438)", to exclude;
1.2.3.3. in Item 11 of the word "in item 4 of Rules" shall be replaced with words "in item 4 of these rules";
1.2.3.4. in subitem 33.2 of Item 33 of the word "with the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 12, 2005 No. 220" shall be replaced with words "with article 531 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About notariate and notarial activities";
