About modification of some legal acts

Ukraine concerning issue of person (extradition) the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Item 1 of the Section I actually ceased to be valid according to the Code of Ukraine of 13.04.2012 No. 4651-VI

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About pre-trial detention" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 35, Art. 360; 1999, No. 4, Art. 35; 2001, No. 40, Art. 193; 2002, No. 33 of Art. 236; 2003, No. 15, Art. 109, No. 29, Art. 233; 2004, No. 8 of Art. 66; 2005, No. 10, Art. 187, Art. 195, No. 11, Art. 198; 2009, Art. No. 36-37, 511):

add Article 2 with the words "and issues of person (extradition) or its transit transportation";

to state the text of Article 3 in the following edition:

"The basis for pre-trial detention is the motivated judgment about election as measure of restraint of detention or about application of temporary or extradition arrest, taken out according to Criminal and Criminal procedure codes of Ukraine and/or the decision of competent authority of foreign state in the cases provided by the law";

part one of Article 4 and the first offer of part three of article 7 after the words "taking prisoner" to add with the words "or in which temporary or extradition arrest is applied";
