About modification of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus concerning public debt
For the purpose of enhancement of regulation of questions of public debt I decide:
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in paragraph five of part one of subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2005 No. 520 "About enhancement of legal regulation of the separate relations in the economic sphere" (2005, No. 174, 1/6913) the word "(credits)" shall be replaced with words the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus "and the external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 18, 2006 No. 252 "About approval of the Regulations on external state loans (credits)" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 69, 1/7495; 2009, No. 119, 1/10688):
1.2.1. in the name and Item 1 "(credits)" shall be replaced with words the word "and the external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2.2. in preamble shall be replaced with words the word of "(credits)" "and the external loans attracted under guarantees of the Government of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2.3. To be reworded as follows the regulations on external state loans (credits) approved by this Decree it (is applied);
1.3. in subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 28, 2006 No. 277 "About some questions of regulation of the security market" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 71, 1/7529; 2008, No. 83, 1/9602; 2009, No. 159, 1/10809; 2010, 275, 1/12092) the word of "size" to replace No. with the word of "limit";
