About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Part (1) article 4 of the Law on the state fee No. 1216-XII of December 3, 1992 (repeated publication: 2004, No. 53-55, of the Art. 302), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Items 111) and 112) of the following content:

"111) the parties – on the cases connected with violation of the right to legal proceedings in reasonable time and indemnification caused by such violation;

112) the parties – on the cases connected with violation of the right to execution of executive documents in reasonable time and indemnification caused by such violation;".

Art. II. – Article 268 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002 (2002, No. 82-86, of the Art. 661), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item е) the following content:

"e) about indemnification, the right to legal proceedings caused by violation in reasonable time or the rights to execution of the judgment in reasonable time.".

Art. III. – In the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Moldova No. 122-XV of March 14, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, No. 104-110, of the Art. 447), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. In Article 20:

in Item 2) to replace the word of "parties" with the word of "participants";

add part with Item 31) of the following content:
