1. Bring in article 254 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, Art. No. No. 35-37, 446) such changes:
Part one to state 1) in the following edition:
"1. The resolution or determination of Trial Court if other is not established by this Code, takes legal effect upon termination of the submission due date of the petition for appeal established by this Code if such complaint was not made";
Part the second to exclude 2).
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
