Art. I. – In appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state No. 668-XIII of November 23, 1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 78-80, of the Art. 572), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

in line item ""Plant on Production of Cricova Wines" joint-stock company, Mr. Krikov, municipium of Chisinau, all" figures of "429,35" to replace with figures of "443,35";

in subline item of "Mr. Krikov of municipium of Chisinau" to replace figures "78" with figures "92";

in line item of "All" of figure of "22166,99" to replace with figures of "22180,99".

Art. II. – From the date of entry into force of this law the Law No. 290-XVI of December 19, 2008 on modification of appendix to the Law on approval of the List of the companies, organizations and the organizations which earth of agricultural purpose remain in property of the state No. 668-XIII of November 23, 1995 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 237-240, of the Art. 896) voids.
