About modification of the Procedure for customs clearance of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine and are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine

1. Make change to Item 2 of the Procedure for customs clearance of goods which are imported on customs area of Ukraine and are subject to obligatory certification in Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of May 14, 2008 No. 446 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 35, Art. 1171; 2009, No. 38, the Art. 1280, No. 59, the Art. 2077), having added it with the subitem 7 of the following content:
"7) as the objects necessary for preparation and carrying out in Ukraine of final part of the European championship of 2012 on soccer which till September 1, 2012 are imported on customs area of Ukraine in customs regime of import of UEFA by persons designated by UEFA or participants of the championship (except the national team of Ukraine), and according to the law are exempted from payment of duty.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication and is effective till September 1, 2012.
