Make changes to the Procedure for conducting investigations for the purpose of establishment of the facts of discrimination and/or unfriendly actions of other states, custom unions or economic groups, concerning Ukraine, No. 2120 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 22, 1999 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 47, Art. 2302; 2007, to No. 87, the Art. 3194), having stated it in edition which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of conducting investigations for the purpose of establishment of the facts of discrimination and/or unfriendly actions from other states, custom unions or economic groups concerning Ukraine (further - discrimination actions).
This Procedure is applied in case Ukraine and the state, custom union or economic group which made discrimination actions concerning Ukraine are not members of the same international intergovernmental organization which determines the mechanism of settlement of appropriate questions between members of the specified organization.
In case when the state, custom union or economic group concerning which Ukraine makes investigation for the purpose of factual determination (facts) of discrimination actions (further - investigation) becomes the member of international intergovernmental organization which includes Ukraine, the specified investigation is terminated.
