About modification of regulatory legal acts MZ

According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 02.11.2006 No. 1542, for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 07.10.2008 No. 573 "About streamlining of use of forms of strict accounting", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.11.2008 for No. 1069/15760, the following changes:

1.1. In preamble of the word and figures of "articles 13 and 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state statistics" to exclude.

1.2. State Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Determine the state institution "Center of Medical Statistics of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine" the main institution concerning development and deployment of accounting forms, including forms of strict accounting".

1.3. In item 4 of the word "Center of Medical Statistics of MZ of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "the state institution "Of the center of medical statistics of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".

1.4. To state subitem 4.1 of item 4 in the following edition:

"4.1. Organize work concerning preparation of submission of orders in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of forms of strict accounting".

1.5. Add this order after Item 5 with new Item 6 of such content:

"6. Determine that the electronic register is integral part of the circulation of forms of strict accounting".
