1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 11, 2010 No. 505 "About approval of Rules of write-off of the amount of penalty for tax offenses, offenses which is not paid as of May 1, 2010 in the field of the taxation, violation of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about provision of pensions and (or) about compulsory social insurance" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6574, No. 288-289 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of October 30, 2010 (26349-26350) following change:
in Rules of write-off of the amount of penalty for tax offenses, offenses which is not paid as of May 1, 2010 of the taxation, violation of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan about provision of pensions and (or) about compulsory social insurance, approved by the specified order:

"7. Tax departments on areas, the cities of Astana and Almaty in time no later than July 1, 2011 submit the report on write-off of the amounts of penalties from personal accounts of taxpayers on form according to appendix 3 to these rules, within the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. To the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
