1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and use of fund of development of material and technical resources of the highest educational institutions under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Assign functions of the customer:
on construction, reconstruction and capital repairs of uchebnolaboratorny cases, gyms and places of residence of students of the highest educational institutions on the Service of the single customer created for these purposes under the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also on the ministries and departments having the highest educational institutions in the maintaining;
on equipment of educational and laboratory cases, gyms and places of residence of students of the highest educational institutions, including interuniversity scientific and laboratory complexes of joint use, on the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, ministry and department, the highest educational institutions having in the maintaining.
3. To the ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the relevant ministries and departments having the highest educational institutions in the maintaining:
