in view of provisions of the Convention on the legal assistance and legal relations on civil, family and criminal cases signed in Minsk on January 22, 1993 and also Contracts between the Republic Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation on legal assistance and legal relations on civil, family and criminal cases of September 14, 1992,

confirming the commitment to the obligations following from the international documents on human rights signed by them

being guided by the Treaty of friendship, cooperation and mutual aid between the Republic Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation of June 10, 1992,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

1. For the purposes of this Agreement the citizen of one Party is considered constantly living in the territory of other Party if he based on the document issued by this other Party constantly lives in its territory and at the same time is not person who is constantly living in the territory of the Party of the nationality according to its legislation.

2. For the purposes of this Agreement:

a) "The party of nationality" means the Party which citizen is person who is constantly living in the territory of other Party;

b) "The party of accommodation" means the Party in the territory of which the citizen of other Party constantly lives.
