1. Part the fourth article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About advertizing" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 8, Art. 62; 2008, 18, the Art. 197) to add No. with the paragraph the fifth such content:

2. This Law becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.
