6) emergence of the bases for return (offsetting, subsequent use by the payer) the paid (collected) customs duties, taxes, customs fees, percent and (or) penalty fee;
7) prolongation of effective periods of customs procedure.";
3) Item 5 to add with the subitem 3 following of content:
"3) the customs authority established unauthenticity of the data specified in the address and offered for entering into DT.";
