About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to requirements of articles 44 and 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and article 11 of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Item 3 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 12.08.2005 No. 290 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine and establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position of bank", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.08.2005 for No. 946/11226 (with changes) to exclude.

With respect thereto to consider Items 4-8 respectively Items 3-7.

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position by the National Bank of Ukraine and control of their accomplishment by authorized banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 12.08.2005 No. 290, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.08.2005 for No. 946/11226 (with changes), such changes:

2.1. State Items 6 and 7 in such edition:

"6. The National Bank sets limits the separate ordering document and brings its content to permission of banks not later than in 10 days prior to Date of Introduction them in action.

7. The bank shall observe daily limits".

2.2. To state paragraph two of Item 9 in such edition:

"The bank perfroms calculation of size of open foreign exchange positions in foreign currencies and bank metals and calculation of the regulatory capital of bank according to regulatory legal acts of National Bank".

2.3. Exclude Item 10.

With respect thereto to consider Items 11-12 respectively Items 10-11.
