The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:
1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):
To add 1) with Articles 188-39 and 188-40 of the following content:
"Article 188-39. Violation of the law in the field of personal data protection
Not message or the untimely message of the subject of personal data on its rights in connection with inclusion of its personal data in base of personal data, the purpose of collection of these data and persons to whom these data are transferred,
involve imposing of penalty on citizens from two hundred to three hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials, citizens - subjects of business activity - from three hundred to four hundred free minima income of citizens.
Not message or the untimely message of specially authorized central executive body concerning personal data protection about change of data which move for state registration of base of personal data,
involve imposing of penalty on citizens from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials, citizens - subjects of business activity - from two hundred to four hundred free minima income of citizens.
Making of violation, repeated within year, from among provided by parts one or the second this Article for which person was already subjected to administrative punishment,
involves imposing of penalty on citizens from three hundred to five hundred free minima income of citizens and on officials, citizens - subjects of business activity - from four hundred to seven hundred free minima income of citizens.
