About introduction of amendments to article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia" concerning training of specialists

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About militia" (Sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1991, No. 4, Art. 20; Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 36, Art. 526; 2003, No. 30, Art. 247; 2005, No. 16, Art. 263; 2007, No. 33, Art. 442) such changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in word part two of "schools of militia" "higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine";

To add 2) after part four with three new parts of the following content:

"Training of specialists in higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine on gosudarstvennrma to the order is performed based on the training contract which consists between educational institution, head department, Regional Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the area, the city of Kiev or Sevastopol or on transport and person who studies. The standard form of the agreement is approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in coordination with the central executive body in the field of science and education.

Establishment of legal relations between cadets of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine which did not perform 18 years and the state is performed according to requirements of the Civil code of Ukraine.
