1. Bring in article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About first-priority measures concerning prevention of negative effects of financial crisis and about modification of some legal acts of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, No. 14, Art. 181; 2010, Art. No. 2-3, 11) following changes:
the second offer of part one to exclude;
in the second offer of part five of the word "acquired by the National Bank of Ukraine according to this Article" shall be replaced with words "specified in part one of this Article".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
