About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" concerning guaranteeing obligations of the state concerning stimulation of use of alternative energy sources

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About power industry" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1998, No. 1, Art. 1; 2000, No. 38, Art. 321; 2009, No. 32-33, of Art. 496; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of December 17, 2010 No. 2799-VI) such changes:

To add 1) in article 12 part two after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:

"provides realization of state policy concerning production incentive of the electric power from alternative energy sources, including by approval of purchase agreements of such electric power with the wholesale market of electrical energy of Ukraine in confirmation of the state guarantees established by the law".

With respect thereto third - the seventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs chetvertymvosmy;

Article 17-1 after part thirteen to add 2) with new part fourteen of the following content:

"The state guarantees legislative fixing for all term of application of "green" rate of the requirement concerning the purchase of all electric power developed on power generation facilities which use alternative energy sources (except domain and coke gases, and with hydraulic power use - developed only by small hydroelectric power stations), and not sold under agreements directly to consumers or the power supplying companies, on the established "green" rate, and also concerning calculations for such electric power in full at the scheduled time and money according to the procedure, established by the law".

With respect thereto the fourteenth to consider part part fifteen.
