About approval of Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of sanitary and quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that to the edition according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2008 No. 110 the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of the lists of the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation which are specially equipped and intended for import to the territory of the Russian Federation of goods, chemical, biological and radioactive materials, waste and other loads, constituting danger to the person, foodstuff, materials and products, provisions of the Rules approved by this resolution are applied at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation at which divisions of bodies of sanitary and quarantine control are created.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation in connection with Delegation of Power on Implementation of Separate Types of the State Control to Customs Authorities of the Russian Federation".
