About approval of Rules of implementation of the state phytosanitary quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of implementation of the state phytosanitary quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation.
2. Determine that to the edition according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2008 N 109 Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation of lists of the check points through frontier of the Russian Federation which are specially equipped and the animals intended for import to the territory of the Russian Federation, live stock products and forages, feed additives and medicines for animals, quarantine products (quarantine material, quarantine freight), provisions of this resolution are applied at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation at which divisions of bodies of phytosanitary quarantine control are created.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Federal Law "About Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation in connection with Delegation of Power on Implementation of Separate Types of the State Control to Customs Authorities of the Russian Federation".
