Article 1. Bring in the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Belarus of July 16, 1999 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 77-78, 2/71; No. 47, 2/152; 2007, No. 4, 2/1292; 2010, No. 14, 2/1659) following amendments:
1. To add Item 32 of article 6 after the words "and their deputies" with the words "(except chiefs of investigative divisions, their deputies and assistants)".
2. To add Item 7 of article 4682 after the word of "prosecutor" with the words ", chief of structural division of the investigative office of bodies of prosecutor's office, his deputy and assistant".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 8, 2007 "About prosecutor's office of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 119, 2/1317; 2009, No. 16, 2/1559) following amendments and changes:
1. In Article 3:
third after the words "and their deputies" to add the paragraph with the words "(except chiefs of structural divisions of the investigative office of bodies of prosecutor's office, their deputies and assistants)";
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"the public prosecutor's worker – the prosecutor, the chief of structural division of the investigative office of bodies of prosecutor's office, his deputy and the assistant, the investigator of prosecutor's office, the trainee of prosecutor's office;".
2. The second Item 3 of Article 16 to add part with the words ", if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus".
3. State Article 22 in the following edition:
