Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of the deputy of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 10,. Art. 1095) following change:

State Article 39 in the following edition:

"Article 39. Providing deputies of Jogorku Kenesh with instruments of defense and state protection

1. According to the petition of Toraga of Jogorku Kenesh to deputies of Jogorku Kenesh for implementation of the powers by them issue office weapon. The authorized state body issues permission to storage and carrying weapon according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The procedure for issue of weapon is determined by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. Stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic, the state protection can be provided to the deputy of Jogorku Kenesh in cases and procedure.".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
