About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2008 No. 427 and of March 26, 2008 No. 462

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 20, 2008 No. 427 "About establishment of standard form of the lease agreement of the parcel of land" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 70, 5/27379; 2009, No. 109, 5/29680):
in paragraph three of part one of Item 6 of the word "without the consent of the lessor" shall be replaced with words "with change of its purpose";
in parts one and the second Item 12 of the word "the legislation influencing" shall be replaced with words "the legal acts influencing";
the fifth Item 15 after the word "payment" to add the paragraph with the words ", except as specified, when legal acts allow implementation of the specified actions without introduction of such payment";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 26, 2008 No. 462 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 667" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 83, 5/27442; 2009, No. 14, 5/29081; No. 109, 5/29680; No. 173, 5/30177; 2010, No. 70, 5/31442; No. 264, 5/32782):
