Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 967 "Single questions of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22734; 2007, No. 253, 5/25990; 2010, No. 301, 5/32966) following amendments and change:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
1.1.1. to add subitem 4.4 of item 4 after the word "development" with the words "and realization";
1.1.2. in Item 9:
to add subitem 9.5 after the word of "number" with the words ", less the number of employees of public institution " national agency of investments and privatization ", being government employees";

"9.6. appoints to position and dismisses employees of Ministry of Economics in the procedure established by it, heads of the organizations which are under supervision of Ministry of Economics (the director of public institution "National agency of investments and privatization" – in coordination with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus), except for heads of departments who are appointed to position and are dismissed by the Government of the Republic of Belarus in coordination with the President of the Republic of Belarus, approves position assignment and dismissal of deputy directors of public institution "National agency of investments and privatization";";
