The Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
being guided by regulations of the Contract between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on military cooperation of December 19, 1997 and the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on joint ensuring regional security in the military sphere of December 19, 1997,
considering provisions of the Agreement on collective security of May 15, 1992,
proceeding from need of coordinated actions of the Parties for the benefit of ensuring functioning of regional grouping (forces) of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation,
agreed as follows:
The parties according to the legislation perform interaction and hold the approved events in the field of radio-electronic fight for the purpose of ensuring actions of regional grouping (forces) of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
The cooperation within this agreement is performed in the following directions:
creation and ensuring functioning of the joint system of radio-electronic fight of regional grouping (forces) of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation (further – the joint system of radio-electronic fight) which represents organizational and technical consolidation of part of forces and means of radio-electronic fight of armed forces of the Parties and is intended for joint use for the benefit of regional grouping (forces) of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation;
preparation of bodies of military management, military units and divisions of radio-electronic fight of armed forces of the Parties for collateral actions as a part of regional grouping (forces) of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation;
