The government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Russian Federation which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

based on the Agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation on mutual ensuring protection of the state secrets of the Republic of Belarus and the state mystery of the Russian Federation of January 20, 2003 (further – the Agreement of 2003) and considering mutual interest in its realization,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The concepts used in this agreement are used in the value determined by the Agreement of 2003.

Article 2

The purpose of this agreement is determination of order of interaction of the bodies responsible for implementation of the Agreement of 2003 (further – responsible bodies), and the organizations of the states of the Parties in case of placement of confidential orders, transfer (obtaining) and (or) use of the state secret.

Article 3

The organization of the state of one Party in case of its intention to place the confidential order or to transfer the state mystery of the organization of the state of other Party requests previously from responsible body of the state the written confirmation of availability at the organization of the state of other Party of the right to implementation of the activities connected with use of the state secret (further – the admission to the state secret).
