About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Traffic Safety" and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 10, 1995 N 196-FZ "About traffic safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 50, Art. 4873; 2003, N 2, Art. 167; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2009, N 1, Art. 21) following changes:

1) in Article 4:

participation in the organization of preparation and retraining of transport drivers;

informing citizens on rules and requirements in the field of traffic safety.

Powers of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of safety of traffic are payment commitments of subjects of the Russian Federation.

Executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation under the agreement with federal executive bodies can delegate to them implementation to part of the powers in the field of traffic safety.";
