To add 4) with part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. Till January 1, 2015 owners of the objects specified in part 6 of this Article and combined by the general networks of engineering facilities belonging to them or the organizations (associations) created by them and connected to system of centralized gas supply shall provide installation on the specified objects collective (on border with centralized systems) metering devices of the used natural gas, and also input of the established metering devices in operation.";
"Parts 3 - 6" shall be replaced with words 5) in part 7 of the word "parts 3 - 6.1";
