Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 21, 2001 N 178-FZ "About privatization of the state-owned and municipal property" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 4, Art. 251; 2003, N 9, Art. 805; 2005, N 19, Art. 1750; N 25, of Art. 2425; N 30, of Art. 3101; 2006, N 2, Art. 172; N 17, of Art. 1782; N 31, of Art. 3454; 2007, N 7, Art. 834; N 18, of Art. 2117; N 31, of Art. 4009; N 49, of Art. 6079; 2008, N 20, Art. 2253; N 30, of the Art. 3615, 3616, 3617; 2009, N 19, Art. 2279; 2010, N 23, Art. 2788; N 48, of the Art. 6246) following changes:

The seventeenth Item 2 of Article 3 of the word "accepted according to them" shall be replaced with words 1) in the paragraph "(or) others";

2) in Article 5:

a) to declare paragraph two of Item 2 invalid;

b) add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. Open joint stock companies, limited liability companies cannot be buyers of the shares, the shares in the authorized capital privatized according to this Federal Law.";

c) add with item 4 of the following content:

"4. If afterwards it will be determined that the buyer of the state-owned or municipal property had no legitimate right for its acquisition, the corresponding transaction is insignificant.";

Item 2 of Article 7 to state 3) in the following edition:

"2. The forecast plan (program) of privatization of federal property contains list of the federal state unitary enterprises, and also being in federal property of shares of open joint stock companies, shares in the authorized capital of limited liability companies, other federal property which is planned to be privatized in the corresponding period.";
