Part 2 of Article 11 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The civil servant replacing positions of civil service for certain term of office, except for the civil servants replacing the positions of civil service of category "heads" relating to the highest group of positions of civil service and also the civil servants replacing positions of civil service of category "assistants (advisers)", appointment to which and release from which are performed by the President of the Russian Federation, and the civil servants replacing the positions of civil service relating to the main group of positions of civil service, appointment to which and release from which are performed by the Government of the Russian Federation, class ranks are appropriated by results of qualification examination.";

Part 5 of Article 27 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. Upon termination of fixed term of testing in case of absence at the civil servant corresponding to the replaced position of civil service of the class rank to it the class rank according to article 11 of this Federal Law is appropriated.";

Article 49 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 49. Qualification examination

1. The qualification examination is taken by the civil servants specified regarding the 2nd article 11 of this Federal Law.

2. The qualification examination is held in case of the solution of question of assignment of the class rank of civil service at the initiative of the civil servant not later than in three months after day of submission of the written application by it about assignment of the class rank of civil service.
