About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on local public authority No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 32-35, of the Art. 116), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:
1. Parts (4) and (5) Article 56 to recognize invalid.
2. In Article 58:
in part (words "chairman of the board" shall be replaced with words 1) "general primar";
in part (2) words of "its chairman" shall be replaced with words "general primar";
in part (the words "chairman of the board:" shall be replaced with words 3) "general примар:";
add Article with part (31) the following content:
"(31) Council of municipium of Chisinau elects by open voting by a majority vote the present advisers for one meeting of the chairman at this meeting. Presiding over meeting the secretary of council of municipium helps.".
Art. II. - In appendix to the Law on the status of persons who are taking up responsible state positions No. 199 of July 16, 2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 194-196, of the Art. 637), with subsequent changes, to exclude line item "The chairman of Chisinau local government board".
