About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1521 of December 29, 2007

In the Order of the Government No. 1521 of December 29, 2007. "About approval of the Regulations on financial support of activities for preserving natsionalnokulturny identity of the natives of the Republic of Moldova living abroad (the Moldavian diaspora)" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 11-12, of the Art. 63) to make the following changes and additions:
The resolution to add 1) with Item 11 of the following content: "11. Determine that in case of release of members of council on administration from post of their obligation in Council persons who are again appointed to the corresponding positions without adoption of the new order of the Government will carry out";
2) appendix No. 1: 6, 8 and 9 to state Items in the following edition: "Council three representatives of Bureau of the interethnic relations and on one representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the Ministries of Finance, the State office, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Public Education, Academy of Sciences of Moldova, International Organization For Migration are included."; "8. Meetings of Council are convened two times a year. 9. Decisions of Council are considered accepted if at least 2/3 members participated in meeting, and most of attendees at meeting voted for decision making";
add with Item 111 of the following content:
"111. The secretary of Council is appointed from number of persons employed of Bureau of the interethnic relations"; in Item 12 the word "Council" shall be replaced with words "Bureau of the interethnic relations";
add Item 13 with the paragraph of the following content: "covering of expenses on support and changes of the websites for the Moldavian diaspora";
