About approval of the List of the objects and technologies having outstanding energy performance which implementation of investments into creation is the basis for provision of the investment tax credit

According to the subitem 5 of Item 1 of article 67 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed list of the objects and technologies having outstanding energy performance which implementation of investments into creation is the basis for provision of the investment tax credit.

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 25, 2010 N 857 "About approval of the list of the objects and technologies having outstanding energy performance which implementation of investments into creation is the basis for provision of the investment tax credit" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 44, of the Art. 5694).
