This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication, except for paragraphs seven, thirty four, thirty five the subitem 1), the paragraph four subitems 2) of Item 1, of Items 2, of 3, of 4, of 5, of 6, of 7, of the paragraph four subitems 1) of Item 8, of Items 9, of 10, of paragraphs three, thirteen Item 11, of Items 12, of 13 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning enhancement of activities of law-enforcement bodies in the field of ensuring public safety which become effective since January 22, 2012.
