1. Create the Republican state state companies "Republican bicycle track of Saryark and "Complex of ski and biathlon stadiums "Ala Tau" of Committee on sport of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the companies).

2. Determine:

1) authorized body of the corresponding industry of the companies Committee on sport of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the companies implementation of activities in the field of sport.

3. To provide to the ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of charters of the companies;

2) state registration of the companies in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
