About amendment of the Order No. 276-O of 24.10.2002 "About execution of customs papers in case of customs clearance of the goods which are subject of the external economic transactions"

"About veterinarno - to sanitary activities", and also based on provisions of Art. 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova and the item 8 "Regulations on Customs Service" approved by the Order of the Government No. 4 of 2.01.2007 I ORDER:

1. State the paragraph of f) Item 1 of the Order No. 276-O of 24.10.2002. "About execution of customs papers in case of customs clearance of the goods which are subject of the external economic transactions" in the following edition:

"f) certificates or declarations of compliance;".

2. After the paragraph of f) Item 1 of the above-mentioned order to introduce new paragraphs of the following content:

"f 1) phytosanitary certificates and permissions;

"f 2) veterinary conclusions and permissions;".

3. State the paragraph of d) Item 2.2 of the above-mentioned order in the following edition:

"d) certificates or declarations of compliance;".

4. After the paragraph of d) Item 2.2 of the above-mentioned order to introduce new paragraphs of the following content:

"d 1) phytosanitary certificates and permissions;

"d 2) veterinary conclusions and permissions;".

5. To assign execution of this order to chiefs of customs.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of the income and information technologies.
