1. For the purpose of enhancement of work with addresses of citizens, the companies, organizations and the organizations, physical persons, - entrepreneurs, local government bodies to approve the Concept of creation of National system of processing of appeals to executive bodies which is attached.

2. To Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations:

create in accordance with the established procedure within six months republican in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, city contact centers in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol as public institutions and to provide their interaction with public institution "Government contact center" (further - Government contact center);

provide determination in district public administrations of officials which will perform interaction according to republican in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, city contact centers in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

3. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to take measures for enhancement of work of the telephone "hot lines", service telephone desks and to provide their interaction with Government contact center.

4. To the state agency concerning science, innovations and informatization together with the Ministry of Justice, and with participation of Government contact center to develop and to give to three-months time in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

Regulations on National system of processing of appeals to executive bodies;

Standard provision about republican in the Autonomous Republic Crimea, regional, city contact center in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

5. To provide to the secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine development by Government contact center of the software of the automated database of National system of processing of appeals to executive bodies.
