About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 5, the Art. 229) the following amendment and change:

in Article 6:

For the individual entrepreneurs and their hired employees occupied in textile and sewing productions, rates of insurance premiums are established:

a) for employers - monthly in the amount of 6 percent estimated from 40 percent of the size of the average monthly salary.

Distribution of the amounts of insurance premiums on funds is made in the following sizes:

in the Pension fund - percent 4,75;

in Fund of compulsory medical insurance - 1 percent;

in Fund of improvement of workers - percent 0,25;

b) for workers - monthly in the amount of 6 percent, the size of the average monthly salary estimated from 40 percent.

Distribution of the amounts of insurance premiums on funds is made in the following sizes:

in the Pension fund - 4 percent;

in the State accumulation fund - 2 percent.

Payment of insurance premiums for the individual entrepreneurs and their hired employees occupied in textile and sewing productions is performed by acquisition of insurance policies.".

Article 2. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this Law.
