According to article 36 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", articles 7 and 59 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of systematization of requirements concerning forming of reserves for active transactions of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks
1. Approve Changes to Regulations on procedure for forming and use of reserve for compensation of possible losses on credit operations of banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine, of 06.07.2000 N 279, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.08.2000 for N 474/4695 (with changes) (further - the Provision N 279) which are applied.
2. Requirements of the paragraph of the eleventh subitem 7.1.2 of Item 7.1 of Chapter 7 of the Provision N 279 (in edition of the paragraph of the tenth subitem 3.1 of Item of 3 changes to the Provision N 279, approved by this resolution) do not extend to pledge which is drawn up by the agreement of pledge before entry into force of this paragraph.
3. Approve Changes to the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of reserve by banks for compensation of possible losses from receivables approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine, of 13.12.2002 N 505, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 02.01.2003 for N 1/7322 (with changes) which are applied.
