About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pastures"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pastures" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 1, the Art. 30) the following changes:
1. In the paragraph the second Article 2 of the word "executive" to replace with the word "executive".
2. In Article 3:
regarding 1 word of "state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "exclusive property of the Kyrgyz Republic";
in the offer the second part 4 words "executive" and "relevant organ of the State agency on registration of the rights to real estate under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "executive" and "authorized state body in the field of registration of the rights to real estate" respectively.
3. Regarding the 2nd Article 6 of the word "executive" to replace with the word of "executive".
4. Regarding 1 Article 14 of the word "in state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "in exclusive property of the Kyrgyz Republic".
5. In Article 16:
regarding 1 word of "the rights to real estate" to exclude;
regarding 2 words "local registration authorities" shall be replaced with words "authorized state body in the field of registration of the rights to real estate".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
