Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Service of the state protection of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 2, the Art. 20) the following change and amendment:

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To charge to the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time:
- make offers on reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation;
- bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
