About approval of the Procedure for application of customs regime of duty-free shop
According to Articles 187, 225-228 Customs codes of Ukraine, the subitem "ґ" subitem 195.1.2 of Item 195.1 of Article 195 and Article 206 of the Section V of the Tax code of Ukraine and for the purpose of enhancement of procedures of customs control and registration of goods in the mode of duty-free shop I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for application of customs regime of duty-free shop (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. To department of customs regimes and organization of customs clearance (Muratov I. M.) and to provide to Legal support division (Black G.M.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To chiefs of customs authorities:
inform subjects of foreign economic activity on requirements of the Procedure, in particular by its lighting in local mass media and at evident information stands in the locations of the relevant divisions of customs;
bring technological schemes into accord with Procedure.
4. Determine that this order becomes effective in the 30th days after it official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of State Customs Service Gutnik A. E.
