1. Increase since August 1, 2011 the salary sizes to employees of budgetary institutions and organizations, pensions and social benefits, grants on average in time 1,15.

2. Establish since August 1, 2011 in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan the minimum sizes:

the salary - 57 200 sum a month;

old-age pensions - 111 875 sum a month;

the initial (zero) category on single scale of charges - 57 200 sum a month;

benefits to disabled people since the childhood in the amount of 111 875 sum a month;

old-age benefits and to the disabled citizens who do not have necessary length of service in the amount of 68 645 sum a month.

3. Determine that all types of allowances and surcharges to the salary, and also pension, benefits to mothers on child care before achievement of age by it two years, benefit to families with children, the compensation and other payments established in the relation to minimum wage are made since August 1, 2011 from determined by the insisted Decree of the size of minimum wage.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the ministries, departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, the organizations and organizations financed from the budget timely recalculation of the sizes of pensions, benefits, grants and official pay rates of employees of budgetary institutions and organizations proceeding from provisions of this Decree.
