About some questions of customs regulation

For the purpose of ensuring application in the Republic of Belarus Agreements on the Customs Code of the Customs Union of November 27, 2009, other international treaties of state members of the Customs union within the Eurasian economic community, decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and the Eurasian economic commission regulating customs legal relationship in the Customs union I decide:

3. Make changes and addition to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. subitem 8.7 of Item 8 of the Regulations on Department of protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2004 No. 268 "About some questions of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 91, 1/5581; 2007, No. 262, 1/9048) to state in the following edition:
