1) in Article 10:
a) the paragraph one of Item 1 to state in the following edition:
"1. Autonomous nonprofit organization the non-profit organization which does not have membership created for the purpose of provision of services in the field of education, health care, culture, science, the right, physical culture and sport and other spheres is recognized. The autonomous nonprofit organization can be created as a result of its organization by citizens and (or) legal entities on the basis of voluntary property contributions. In the cases provided by the Federal Laws, the autonomous nonprofit organization can be created by transformation of the legal entity of other form of business.";
b) add with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. If founder of autonomous nonprofit organization is the Russian Federation, the subject of the Russian Federation or municipality, the procedure for participation of their representatives in governing bodies of autonomous nonprofit organization is established by the Government of the Russian Federation, public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation or local government body.";
Item 1 of Article 13 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1. The non-profit organization can be created as a result of its organization or reorganization of other non-profit organization of the same form of business and in the cases provided by the Federal Laws as a result of reorganization in the form of transformation of the legal entity of other form of business.".
