understanding need of interaction of the Parties for development of single approaches for quality assurance of education and creation of interstate system of quality assurance of education,

agreed as follows:

Article 1.

The parties undertake measures for establishment of single requirements to quality assurance of education and adhere to the agreed principles in the field of licensing of educational activities, certification and accreditation of educational institutions.

Article 2.

The parties for the purpose of establishment of single requirements to education quality assurance:

undertake measures to rapprochement of national legal and other regulations in the field of licensing of educational activities, certification and accreditation of educational institutions;

create the necessary regulatory legal base concerning interaction in the field of licensing of educational activities, certification and accreditation of educational institutions of the states of the Parties.

Article 3.

The parties interact in case of development of requirements to educational institutions on education quality assurance, carrying out licensing of educational activities, certification and accreditation of the educational institutions, and also during creation of databank accredited (certified - for the states which legislation does not provide holding procedures of accreditation) educational institutions.
